Admissions Guide for New Students Only: Process and Prep

School Year 2022 - 2023

Online Admissions

Step 1: Make sure you have the following requirements to be uploaded:

  •    Scanned copy of PSA Birth Certificate

  •    Scanned copy of Certified True Copy of the Report Card (SF9) of the previous grade level

  •    Scanned copy of the Original Report Card (SF9) of the current grade level

  •    Scanned copy of Good Moral Character Certificate

  •    Scanned copy of Diploma (incoming Grade 1)/Certificate of Completion (incoming Grade 7)

  •    ID Photo white background, collared shirt

Additional Requirements for Foreign Student:
Note: All documents should be authenticated by DFA with Red Ribbon.

  •    Scanned copy of Valid Passport

  •    Scanned copy of Official Transcript of Records/Scholastic Records

Additional Requirements For SNED Student:

  •    Scanned copy of Updated IEP (Individualized Eduational Plan) , not later than 2019

  •    Scanned copy of Updated Evaluation/ Reevaluation from Developmental Pediatrician , not later than 2019

Step 3:  (For Kinder 1 – Grade 10 Applicants only): Pay the  non-refundable Entrance Examination Fee of P500.00 through the following online modes of payment:

Step 4: (For Kinder 1 – Grade 10 Applicants only): Email the screenshot of the fund transfer confirmation to admission@childsacademy.edu.ph using the details below.

Subject: Entrance Examination fee for (Applicant Name and Grade/level)
Example: Entrance Examination for (Juan Dela Cruz – Grade 9)

 

Step 5: (For Kinder 1 – Grade 10 Applicants only): Once Admin has checked and confirmed your submitted documents, you will be emailed your Entrance Examination Permit.

 

Step 6: (For Kinder 1 – G10 Applicants only): Take the exam on your scheduled date and time indicated on your Entrance Examination Permit. Present your permit to the examination officer before taking the exam.

Note: Entrance Examination results will be discussed during the School Directress interview

Step 7: Student and Advisers Interview (to be arranged according to the availability of the interviewee and interviewers)

 

Step 8: Parents’ and Student’s Interview with School Directress (to be arranged according to the availability of the interviewees and interviewer)

Face-to-Face Admissions

​

Step 1: Accomplish and submit the following requirements:

  • Application for Admission Form (to be given by CAI Admission Officer)

  • 2 pcs 2x2 ID Photo with white background, collared shirt

  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

  • Certified True Copy of the Report Card (SF9) of the previous grade level

  • Original copy of Report Card (SF9) of the current grade level

  • Good Moral Character Certificate

  • Photocopy of Diploma (incoming Grade 1)/ Certificate of Completion (incoming Grade 7)

Enrollment  Procedure for Old & New Students

School Year 2022 - 2023

Online Enrollment

Step 1: Download the Enrollment Slip (for new student) / Clearance Form (for old student) sent to your email and have your Enrollment PIN, LRN, ID Photo ready
 

Note (for old students): Please make sure to submit the original REPORT CARD to the Administration Office as soon as your enrollment has been processed.

Step 3: Tuition and Fees Assessment and Tuition and Fees Agreement link will be sent to you through email

​

Step 4: Pay according to your preferred mode of payment

​

Step 5: Open the agreement link sent to your email, fill out and upload your proof of payment

​

Step 6: Confirmation, receipt, and Student’s Certificate of Registration will be sent to you through email.

​

Step 7: Purchase books, notebooks, and uniforms from Administration Office

​

Step 8: Expect an email and messenger request from Class Adviser for your child’s school requirements, class schedules and other details

 

 

 

Face-to-Face Enrollment

Request for an Online Enrollment Form from the School Administration Office. You can request for the form through email or our Facebook page.

Enrollment Form will be sent to you through the email address you provided. Please fill out the form and submit your response.

After submission, you will receive the following through email:

a. an assessment of your tuition and miscellaneous fees

b. a link to the Tuition and Fees Payment Plan Agreement

c. details to the payment method of your choice.

You may proceed to settle your account through the following methods:

1. online bank payments; 

2. cash payments at the business office;

3. check payments at the business office.

OFFICIAL

Once proof of payment has been received, your child’s enrollment will be processed. In  2-3 days, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with an official receipt and a certificate of registration. This is the last step. Congratulations, your child is now officially enrolled at CHILD’S Academy, Inc.
